About Cathy Owen Consulting

Ms. Owen is a hands-on serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience leading both small and large interdisciplinary teams across multiple locations, developing strategic business plans, producing comprehensive strategic marketing plans including branding, positioning, competitive landscape and marketing communications, identifying strategic partnership opportunities and negotiating intellectual property licensing and applied research agreements, fundraising and investor relations, writing and administering grants, running business operations, and providing financial and project management at startup companies and large corporations.

Ms. Owen is successful recruiting and leading exceptional teams through the processes needed in the development and commercialization of complex new technologies from concepts and prototypes into products and solutions to meet the needs of diverse global target markets. She is a published author with numerous technical articles in trade journals and is an accomplished presenter.

 

Ms. Owen is a member of Women in Technology International (www.witi.org) and the Association of Image Consultants International (www.aici.org). She is the only personal stylist in Hawaii using the award winning  software from Image Innovators to help her clients 'Dress for Success' and is an independent fashion consultant representing CAbi (Carol Anderson by invitation)(www.cabionline.com).
